Delivery Policy

All services sold by localseoteam are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when we deliver our work.

1. Digital Delivery

All deliverables are provided via: email attachment, shared Google Drive or Dropbox folder, direct implementation in your CMS or platform, or video walkthrough recordings. The delivery method is agreed upon during the discovery call.

2. Start of Work

Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. The discovery call is typically scheduled within the first 3 business days. Full project delivery timelines begin from the date the discovery call is completed and all required access credentials have been provided.

3. Estimated Timelines by Package

• Starter (478.50 EUR): Initial deliverables within 21 business days.
• Professional (947.80 EUR): Initial deliverables within 42 business days, with ongoing monthly deliverables thereafter.
• Market Leader (1,894.30 EUR): Initial deliverables within 90 business days, with ongoing weekly and monthly deliverables thereafter.

Individual service timelines: SEO Audit within 10 business days. Google Business optimisation within 14 business days. Other individual services within 21 business days.

4. Client Cooperation

Timely delivery depends on client cooperation. Delays in providing access credentials, content approvals, or feedback may extend delivery timelines proportionally. We will notify you of any delay and its cause.

5. Delivery Confirmation

We consider delivery complete when we have sent the deliverables to your registered email and have confirmed CMS implementation where applicable. If you do not receive expected deliverables, contact hello@localseoteam.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
