Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from localseoteam. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Nature of Our Services
Our services are digital and involve custom professional work performed specifically for each client. Due to the nature of this work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before the discovery call and before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund. To request cancellation, contact hello@localseoteam.com within 48 hours of your order. We will process the refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
Once the discovery call has taken place and work has commenced, we are unable to offer a full refund. In this case, we will calculate a pro-rata refund based on the proportion of work not yet completed. The completed portion of work will be delivered to you.
4. Dissatisfaction with Delivered Work
If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where the work does not meet the agreed-upon scope, revise or redo the affected elements at no additional charge. Partial refunds may be offered where revision is not feasible.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Dissatisfaction with search engine rankings (as rankings are not guaranteed)
- Change of mind after work completion
- Failure to provide required access or information within agreed timelines
- Orders for SEO Audit service after the audit report has been delivered
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@localseoteam.com with your order reference, the reason for your request, and any supporting information. We respond within 3 business days.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
